First day I took 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon.. nothing happened. Next day took 2 in the morning and then 2 in the afternoon and saw results later that night. Thing is I also drank coffee that morning and had a margarita in the afternoon so not sure if that is what helped?

Anyway, hoping this will get me on a regular cycle. Will check back after 2 weeks.

Edit: this product is amazing. I'm up to 3 in the evening and it works like a charm. I highly recommend this product. It really works and I bought another bottle.

I take I capsule each morning with my regular vitamins. These pills give me that wonderful " empty" feeling in my stomach. Thanks !
